To ensure a consistent, respectful, and results-driven experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. By purchasing any service or membership, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
Booking Policy

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the official Six24Fit booking platform.

Clients may book multiple sessions per week (based on membership level), but all sessions must be completed Monday through Friday of that same week.

Missed sessions do not roll over into the next week or month.

All services fall under the “Use It or Lose It” policy—unused sessions will be forfeited.

Reschedules must be made within the same Monday–Friday window and are subject to trainer availability.
Monthly Membership Policy

Memberships are based on monthly access and include a set number of sessions (e.g., 8 sessions/month for 2x/week).

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.

Sessions must be used within the month.

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled days.

Missed sessions, regardless of reason, are not credited or refunded.
Tardiness Policy

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals will not receive extended time.

Example: If your session is from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and you arrive at 8:15 AM, the session still ends at 9:00 AM.

Repeated tardiness may result in a loss of session or termination of membership.
Code of Conduct
Six24Fit is a judgment-free zone, built on respect, discipline, and effort. All clients are expected to:

Show up prepared, motivated, and respectful of the training space.

Refrain from negative or disruptive behavior.
-
Maintain good hygiene and proper workout attire.
-
Follow instructions to ensure a safe and effective session.

Treat the trainer and fellow clients with professionalism at all times.
Photo & Video Policy

By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

Clients will always be notified before being recorded or photographed.

If you wish to opt out, you must submit a written request before your session.

No unauthorized filming of sessions is allowed without prior trainer approval.
Closure & Cancellations

In the event of a trainer-initiated cancellation or holiday closure, sessions will be rescheduled or credited accordingly.

Six24Fit observes select holidays and will provide notice in advance.

Emergency closures due to weather or unforeseen events will be communicated via email or text.
Terms of Service

All training, coaching, and nutrition services are provided for educational and fitness purposes only.

Six24Fit is not responsible for injuries sustained outside of guided sessions.

Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and participation.

Trainer reserves the right to adjust schedules, services, or pricing with proper notice.
Privacy Policy

Client information is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or shared.

Data collected (emails, photos, progress notes, etc.) is used solely to improve your client experience.

Payment information is securely processed through trusted platforms and is not stored by Six24Fit.
